There are currently 16107 serials titles and 44590 book titles preserved, in progress or committed for preservation in the GLN by LOCKSS. New reports are made available to the Keepers Registry on the first day of the month at around 12:00 UT.

The LOCKSS digital repository enables libraries to preserve electronic content from participating publishers. LOCKSS boxes at participating libraries in the Global LOCKSS Network (GLN) ingest content by harvesting it directly from publisher websites.
Transparency is an essential part of digital preservation. To ensure that information about preserved content is widely available, LOCKSS participates in the Keepers Registry, run by EDINA at the University of Edinburgh. The Keepers Registry aggregates preservation information from participating preservation agencies and makes it available to the community.
For each publisher and title that LOCKSS has committed to preserve in the GLN, the LOCKSS Keepers report shows what serials volumes or book volumes/editions are preserved, and which are in process. This report provides a clear picture of the LOCKSS preservation workflow when the report was created.
